After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Programming and Multimedia, I began my professional career at Soluphil S.A., where I worked for four years as the company’s sole IT and multimedia specialist. In this role, I supported the organisation in conducting some of the most prestigious mail auctions in Luxembourg. My responsibilities covered a wide range of digital and creative activities, including website development, online bidding systems, graphic design, printed auction catalogues, advertising materials, digital animation, and overall IT support. This experience allowed me to build a strong foundation across both print and digital communication.
In 2011, I joined KPMG Luxembourg as an IT Developer, where I initially focused on digital platforms and emerging technologies. After two years, I was invited to join the newly created Markets, Innovation and Communication (MIC) team. Within this environment, I continuously expanded my skills in multimedia and visual communication by developing innovative digital solutions, designing infographics, supporting mobile and web initiatives, and contributing to corporate communication across multiple channels. As my responsibilities evolved, I moved into leadership roles and became a Creative Team Leader, managing a multidisciplinary team composed of web developers, graphic designers and video / motion designers. In this capacity, I worked extensively on branding and visual identity projects, including the design of corporate brochures, service catalogues, high-level proposals, executive presentations, digital campaigns and event-related communication materials. I also coordinated external agencies and ensured consistency across print and digital outputs in line with corporate branding standards.
In 2022, I joined the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), where I operate within an international, protocol-driven and high-security institutional environment. In this role, I manage multimedia and branding activities for institutional communication, including print and digital publications, conference branding, audiovisual content and high-level events. Working closely with international stakeholders and senior officials, I contribute to ensuring visual consistency, professionalism and credibility across all communication channels in support of the Agency’s mission.
Today, my professional profile reflects a strong combination of hands-on design expertise, creative leadership and experience in both corporate and institutional environments, with a particular focus on delivering coherent, high-quality visual communication across print and digital media.
Lead multimedia and branding activities for NSPA Corporate Communications, ensuring a consistent institutional visual identity across high-level conferences, official events, and digital platforms. Work closely with international communication teams, protocol officers, IT services, and external partners in a multilingual, high-security environment, ensuring compliance with NATO procedures and institutional standards while supporting senior leadership.
I participated in the development of the new "Technology and collaboration" team in which I hold the title of Markets Technology Expert.
Management of a team of collaborators with various professional profiles: a web developer, two graphic designers
and a video editor/3D motion designer.
I'm in charge of all digital projects (brochures, websites, videos, new technologies, etc..) from the brainstorming and budgeting to the finalization/implementation.
Engaged in deploying innovative tools in digital marketing and multimedia. Finding new ways of presenting information - inventive web solutions, infographics, digital publishing. Developing new channels of communication - social media, blog, mobile devices, ...
At this time I was requested to join the newly-created Markets, Innovation and Communication (MIC) team in which I continuously increased my digital skills.
I was in charge of both KPMG Luxembourg website and Intranet content management using Sharepoint 2007/2010 technology. I also developed different specific websites following the needs of the company (KPMG TV, Value 4 Funds, Alumni, ...)
I was involved in all IT/digital matters such as network configuration, website development and design, creation of printed mail auction catalogs, advertisements, digital animation, etc...
